Our Story FlexWork Connection was founded out of a passion for helping professional mothers find flexible work arrangements in Southern California that would allow them to balance the demands of family with a challenging and rewarding career. As the word of our presence began to spread, however, we realized the need for flexible work arrangements was not just limited to moms, but encompassed a much bigger group of professionals. We are amazed at the caliber of talent we are able to attract because of our one simple point of differentiation – flexibility. FlexWork Connection today represents a growing client base and an impressive pool of talent that is working and/or available to work on a flexible basis. By partnering with local organizations and an impressive advisory committee comprising recruiting and staffing experts and the local academic community focused on organizational behavior, FlexWork Connection aims to promote flexibility in the professional workplace. Our Team: Jessica Ruby Riester, Founder Jessica is a passionate advocate of flexibility in the workplace. Using her experience from leading the financial department of a venture-backed staffing company as well as guidance from the Organizational Behavior faculty at UC Irvine's Merage School of Business, Jessica applies a focus on financial results to staffing and human capital strategy.
